Non availability of LPG even after almost two months after booking

I had booked a LPG cylinder at Bharat Flames dealer of Bharat gas address 9B Shimla Street kolkata 700006 on 1st September however till date I have not received delivery of the same despite several reminders, kindly register my complaint against the above agency for this delay and for their consistent poor services
