Delay in delivery of Gas Cylinde

For the last 1 year the gas agency (Bharat Gas - Charkop Branch) always gives delayed supply of the cylinders. The delay range from 15 to 20 days. The casual answer given by the agency is there is shortage of supply of cylinders from company. Sometimes I have to fight with this agency for delivery of my gas cylinder. This month I have placed the order on 25th January and till date the cylinder is not supplied. Every time I call them the answer given is that the cylinder will be delivered today. There is some thing realy wrong with this agency and I rquest you to take up the matter with this agency. Similar problems exist with other customers residing in the area. The only difference is that they dont grumble and complain.
