I have my Gas connection in the name of my sister. Now she has been married and gone to Chennai and her name has been removed from my ration card. I was getting gas upto now. Now the gas dealer is telling that the gas can be supplied only if the name of the consumer is available in the ration card of me. If so whether i can change the gas connection in my name by getting a concurrence letter from my sister. What is the procedure for the same.
