Non delivery of cylinder, overcharging

My consumer no. is 42315 and I am with Rashmi Gas agency (KRPuram - ph:080 25993882, Manager - 0-9342847835). My complaints are:

1. They never deliver on time

2. I need to make at least 50 calls to get the delivery

3. They claim that they have delivered without doing so and insist that I have to book after 1 month!

4. Their delivery man demands 50/- extra and threatens that he won't deliver next time if I don't pay up!
