Delay of delivery

Hi,

We had booked Bharat gas cylinder delivery from Aparajita Gas distributors on the 2nd of November and yet no gas cylinder has been delivered to us. We had to buy cylinder paying much more than the market price in Black and yet there has been no response.

We have been calling and trying to contact the local distributor office regularly but to no avail.

Our consumer number is:4874.

We would like to lodge an official complaint aginst the specified distributors.

Please let us know what we need to do in this regard.
