Delay in delivery of gas cylinde

Can some body contact LAXMI ENTERPRISES BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, India, ORISSA over phone. They have three lines 9777796385, 9861711290, 8763866559 and I bet on this that you will be lucky enough to connect them. Either it is busy or it is ringging.

You have to book the gan by visiting them leaving behind your all day to day work. They will not deliver the cylinder unless untill you visit them twice and every time they will tell you that they will deliver in a week's time which stretched to more than a month with several reminders.

I know, even with this complaint also nothing will happen to the as they have nothing to be worried as these are basic ammenities and we have to bow before them.

This is probably the 4th complaint source and I request if some thing stringent can be done for these people.
