I am customer of Bharat Gas - Ooty (C.No. 10833). I booked for a Cylinder Refill on Nov 14 - 2009. Daily Phone calls, repeated visits to the Distributors office has not yielded any result. Today (Dec 3), I get irresponsble answers and indifferent approach. I have lost hope with these guys and their attitude is par below the expected standards. Could concerned authorities put some sense into them to atleast be responsible enough in handling customers. Hope things would change.
