Distributor (GASJET) do not pick up phone

The Bharat Gas distributor GASJET (distributor code: 461843) do not pick up any call. We have to visit in person to do a booking. This is continuously happening for the last 3/4 months. When asked why they do not pick up call (during the visit to the distributor), they reply that do pick up the phone calls, unfortunately it is a plain lie.
