Cylinder refill not delivered even after 30 days

This is about mahalaxmi enterprises Bharat Gas distributor. they never deliver cylinders re-fill on time, take 3 to 4 weeks in general to deliver. I have been asked to pay Rs 150/- extra for early delivery.

Black marking of the Cylinder has always been a practice at Mahalaxmi enterprises.
