Bharat Gas Agencies in Pune for people to buy extra stuff along with cylinders

Hi,

I got a new connection from Agency in Aundh Pune. I was asked to buy a new stove top along with the cylinder. Since i already had a stove top at home I didnt wantto buy the the stove top. But they refused to give me connection unless i buy a new top from them.

I recently got second cylinder from them. I was asked to buy 2 of the items either Gemini 5L oil / Double Diamond Tea powder/ Bajaj Steam iron/ Apron. When I said that even the company website says that it is not manatory to buy it then why should i. The lady smiled & said it is the company that tells me sell this to you.

Please let me know what i can do about this.
