Late Delivery

We have registered connection with Bharat Gas Pune (Gauri Shankar Gas Agency, Karve Road. Pune). HOwever, it is more than 15 days since we have registered for refill cylinder. But to date it is not delivered. We have received the delivery of HP quite faster. We have observed that the delivery is delayed on back of the Govt announcement of plan of 100 Rs increase in the price. Now definite answers over the telephone. Sometimes "Your number is not registered", "It will be delivered in two days", "Please check after 3-4 days" afre the common answers that are heard of. Is it a deliberate act to trouble consumers and take advantage of the news.

Can anybody look into circumstances like this?

I will highly appreciate if somebody can handle this...
