Delay in delivery of cylinde

I had registered a refill of Bharat Gas cylinder on 5th Feb'10. At the time we were informed that it would take atleast 10 days for the refill. Today after 18 days when we called to find out why the cylinder was yet no delivered, we got a rude tone message from the lady on phone that the delivery man had visited our house on Sunday evening & found it closed, hence we have to go to their shop & collect the cylinder.

My complaint is that previously we had been informed by those same people that no delivery would be done on Sundays & public holidays, then how would we know that they were going to deliver the cylinder on a Sunday evening.

Kindly look into this matter.
