Pathetic Service and Rude Behavious

Hi,

With regards, Bharat Gas Connect beraing number 54124 in the name of S Philomena (My Mother). We are holding in connect without any other option from last 10 yrs and especially from last 3-4 yrs services from Bharat Gas has become worst to Pathetic. My gas office in Domlur (opp to KEB), Getting their line is very difficult some time u have to continuosly try contacting them for 2-3 days once contacted they say Gas will be delivered in 10 days and even after 20 days we wont received the Gas (by that time previous cylinder would have been exhausted).when contacted again they give a very rude response saying dont break out head check with the guy who delivers the gas to us.

I have been going thu this situation from last 3 yrs.and feed up of this . planning to disconnect this connect.
