Non delivery of Gas Cylinder after 7 days

I (customer no. 15882, registered with Delhi Gas service) had booked my gas cylinder through SMS service on 52725 on 22nd Feb. Till date I have not received the Cylinder and have no information regarding the status of my booking. I have yesterday booked a cylinder again on their website, however I have not received the cylinder, despite their claim of 24 hrs delivery schedule. Meanwhile, I have run out of gas cylinder and the agency, Delhi Gas service, as usual is not picking up the phone.

This is extremely frustrating and I hope some one in Bharat Gas take a cognizance of this complaint and arranges for an immediate delivery of Cylinder to me.
