Delay in delivery of gas

I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder for Consumer number 17371 on dt. 26/2 but yet no refill has been delivered to me. I have been constantly calling the dealer- Ashoka Stores, C R Park, New Delhi on numbers 26277304, 26276777, 26278100 where most of the times the phone gets unanswered. Every answered call leaves us with a promise of delivery by the evening which up-to date has not been kept. I am almost finished with my old gas refill which makes my concern quite serious. I hope some action will be taken in the matter.
