Delay in booking & delivery

I mr. niranjan singh is the consumer of bharat gas. my branch is bhayander (east). dist: thane-401105, maharashtra. consumer no.17018

when we try to book gas cylinder by phone then no one is receiving the call.

the booking is done almost after 20 days from the date of delivery of cylinders and for delivery it takes further 10 days

we are joint family having 10 members so we it is difficult for us to use one cylinder for 30 days as consumption is more.

this problem of delay in booking and delivery we are facing since 4-5 months.

so please take some action against them so the timely booking and delivery can me made.
