Delay in delivery of LPG Cooking Gas Cylinde

I have booked my LPG Cooking Gas Cylinder with Excel Gas in Sector 29, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on Dec 11. 2010. It is Dec 30 today and I have not yet received my cylinder. All lines are continuously busy and if I happen to get through, no one answers the phone. I am a working lady and have to leave the empty cylinder with my watchman everyday expecting the delivery to take place.

I am at my wits end as my second cylinder is also likely to get over shortly, and I will be without a cylinder inspite of having two cylinders.

My consumer number is 30047.

Would appreciate an investigation into the delay of delivery of the cylinder by Excel Gas. This is not the first time.
