Delayed dilevery and bad behaviour of employees

I am costumer of Bharat gas. I am Using Gas by your agency named Sai gas agency situated at rajmohlla opp. to vaishnav school near kaila mata mandir Indore.

Whenever i request for gas cyllinder delivery they usually delayed it upto 20 days it is not like that they not have proper stock . they have proper stock but the always sell their stock in black. when we complain against this they replies do whater you can do. In such situation we are helpless.

Please take strong action against them
