Failure for Timely Delivery

Hi,

I have been using Bharat Gas through my gas agency. Connection No 44830. My mobile number is 09833-148997. I feel the sevice provided from the above agent is just too much to handle and the worst so far.

They promise delivery within 7 days but its always over a month or so that I get the cylinder. Also they never delivery on the time requested. I have always asked them to deliver after 6pm in the evening but they always make a delivery in the afternoon when no one is available. I booked my cylinder on Feb 10th at the outlet in Vashi, Sec 26 and everytime I call them they say that they would deliver it the following day. Yesterday they came on a Sunday 6th Feb to deliver when I was in church and I kept someone at home to collect the cylinder on my behalf but the guy refused to go up and deliver. Making me subject to calling again and doing booking. Now they say they will deliver on Wednesday 9th Feb but cannot be sure of the time inspite of telling them repeatedly that no one is at home in the afternoon and that the delivery is expected in the evening after 6pm.

They give excuse that the load has not come or there is no vehicle. It is just to impossible to get them coz they never pick up the phone. Once I called them from outside their store thru my mobile and I could see that they were not picking up the phone and was ignoring it. For every refill required I struggle a lot to get thru to them and lose a lot of valuable time in calling them up and continue asking for delivery or even for booking. Please do help as it is very frustrating. The number of the gas agency is 022-27895991/ 022-27801646.
