Late delevery of Cylinde

Our Connsumer Number is 11776. I have booked for Bharat Gas Cylinder. Morethan twnenty days period has already been elapsed despite of our repeated calls simply they are answering "will be delivered within two days". Every time i am facing the same problem since last six months.

I kindly request you to initiate appropriate action for early delivery of gas cylinder and onward promptly.

I kindly request you to direct the concerned authority to deliver the cylinder immediately.
