Not supplying gas after 87 days of booking

My consumer No is 2003.On 21/05, I have booked my gas through telephone. After 15 days, when I asked for my gas, the supplier told me that after one week they will deliver it. But after almost 2 months they have not delivered it.on enquiry they replied home delivery has been stopped completely. But party is delivering gas from godown at the cost of Rs 600 without any booking. Situation has so critical that every day about 200-300 people deposite their books for gas, but return empty handed most of the days. Kindly help me & also inform me how to change my gas distributor urgently.
