I am a consumer of Durga Gas Agency, Karol Bagh, Delhi. My consumer number is AK931 .We have booked the gas 20 days back but till this time we have not received the cylinder. The last time we made the booking was on Friday and the booking number is.

This is unacceptable so please look into this immediately.
