Extreme delay in delivery of cylinde

Sir,

My consumer nos is EV-31772. I had booked a bharat gas cylinder on 20th Dec at EXCEL GAS AGENCY, SECTOR 29, VASHI, NAVI-MUMBAI. But till date i.e 17th Jan have not recieved the cylinder inspite of visiting twice personally at the agency and trying their contact nos but in vain. We are not satisfied with their behaviour as we get rude and abrupt answers. Kindly do the needful ASAP and take appropriate action against the agency, so that we get service on time and doesn't have to borrow cylinders from others
