Very Very Poor Service... Playing with customer trust

Below are some fetal issues faced by all the customers:

1. Agency given 5 numbers - 28108122, 28109687, 28121799, 28124130 & 28128263, but it becomes impossible to get hold of any one of these. I spent hours for last 5 days and still trying.

It always busy, even if it is ringing, no one will pick it up.

2. Response of helpdesk is too rigid.

3. Commitment of delivery never meets. They will say 7 days. And after 7 days, when you follow-up with them, they will again give you new dates...

4. Customer have to purchase Gas chulha along with the connection, which is comparatively expensive and even nowhere mentioned in Terms&Conditions.

5. Playing with the trust of bharat gas.

I was having connection with Bharat Gas in Andheri and never faced such issues, but once I transfered my connection from Andheri (E) to Mira Road (E), all comes in a package...
