Extra items added at the time application of new gas connection

Hi,

I've applied gas connection on Ravi Gas Service distributor of Bharas Gas. Additional of charges for required things like cylinders, gas, tupe, regulator; they are also forcefully added extra items on the bill to increase the cost like rice packet (cost with 70 rs), gas stove (cost 1551 rs) and lighter (with refill). I've told them gas stove is optional and I don't need to buy it but he said it is mandatory to take it. I've also hears that rice comes free with the kit.

I think, this is unethical so kindly look into this becuase customer are unnesserily beraing this cost to apply for gas connection.
