Not picking up phone n delay in cylinder delivery

the distributor hardly recieves calls working time on the reciept is written from 8.00 am to 7.00pm without any lunch time clearly then too no answers. no delivery of gas cylinder within a week its every time that i have to go there at his office and exchange my empty cylinder there. inspite of having double gas cylinder connection i always face problem. on complainting them for empty cylinder n requesting for the next they give reticent answers and start abusing coz we don't know their language (kannada). its not only me but all the other face the same from these guys. even on online booking or sms booking i have to face the same.
