Bharat gas wakad
Delayed delivery of cylinder beyond 15 days

I have Bharat gas LPG gas. My agency is Bharat gas Wakad. My consumer number is 85016. I booked my cylinder before 15 days. AT that time they said you will get filled cylinder in 10 days. but now its been more than 15 days. I try to call the agency daily, but nobody picks up the phone and my number in queue was 1524. I came to know from neighbours that they had waiting number more than that and they got the cylinder before me.. what corrupted system is this and when delivery boy comes he asks for 30 Rs more than the cost of cyllinsder. I want to know from anybody where I can complaint for this or escalate this.
