Worst response from Bharath Gas Agency, Nagole, Hyderabad

Dear Sir,

I am residence of Nogle and had a gas connection with Bharath Gas agency (Nagole) and the service they are providing is worst and they are selling the Gas in the Block market charging around 800 rs per gas cylinder.

Apart from this they give us the silly reasons Boys are not available for delivery which is not our headace, and they just disconnect the phone. If they are managable persons they have to manage this or else ask them to sit ata home. The main reason is they are selling the gas in block market and not serving the people in time.

More over the lady sitting in the reception does not know Telugu, if i spaeak in english she look at my face as if i am scolding her. Please help us to resolve this issue as sson as possible. Take the neccessary action on this.
