Bharath Gas - Cylinder
Not delivered even after 23 days of orde

I have placed an order and following are the details 5235950 20-Dec 1 P

I called the distributor Harikrishna Enterprises on 4th January. Distributor says they have the order information and will deliver the cylinder after 3 days. That is 18days after the booking the order. But EVEN TODAY, THE DELIVERY IS NOT MADE. First of all getting their phone line itself is very very difficult, we need to keep calling for atleast half an hour to talk to them. We consume one cylinder in a month. There is a restriction for placing an order with a gap of 21 days. But NOW, THE CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED EVEN AFTER 23DAYS! Is it not ridiculous??? Our neighbours and relatives are using Indane or HP. Nobody has complaints on the delivery. I am serious thinking of closing the connection with BHARATH GAS and moving to others. Is it the problem to book online??? Where are we heading??? I am finding ways to complaint on the consumer forum about the service.
