Re-filling Booking

Sir,

I am LPG consumer of BPCL- Bharat Gas vide Consumer No. 29354 through their distributor "ENGINEERS ENTERPRISES" bearing Code No. 113565 of Delhi Area.

This for your infomation till now for re-filling i had to call to my distributor over telephone. But today when I called them they told the provision for booking over telephne has been stoped by BPCL and I have to book through SMS or calling 1712 via central booking system.

Further I inform you that when I tried to reg. my mobile by SMS REG a message received that kindly send LPG for booking but when I send this message then a message came that your mobile is not registered. I have tried 4/5 time but every time same thing has happend.

sencondly the IVRS system is not working properly, many time its get busy if I get connect then the IVRS system is not response systmetically.

Hence you are requested to do the needfull ASAP.
