Abnormal delay Cylinder delivery

I would like to inform you that I am Indian Oil Customer based out at Guwahati. I have a Gas connection with Indian Oil dealer Bhaskar Gas Agnecy. I am facing lots of difficulties with this dealer because of worst home delivery service since I took transfer from Padmaga Gas. They have always maintained 45days gap to deliver a cylinder. Moreover, they never allow us to book the cylinder before 15days of earlier cylinder delivered. For example, I would like to inform you that I have booked my cylinder on 06/12 but I have not received my cylinder till date (1.1.2011); I got delivery of earlier cylinder on 17-11. When I asked to concern authority of the Agency, they have informed me that already they have delivered cylinder which had been booked on 12-15th Dec10.By mistake my cylinder was not delivered on time; but I am surprise it is a regular process of them. Since I got transfer to this agency I am facing same problem. After giving 5-6 times reminder (over phone) of said delay of delivery, no action has been taken by the authority. Kindly do the needful in this regard.
