Not deliver cylinde

I have booked for cylinder on 1st dec09 this is after 21 days of my last cylinder delivery thay told will be delivered in 4 days.but its not delivered after 5the day i went and asked thay commited for 8th day. I didnt reviced my cylinder yet i went again asked for same thay are saying it will take 8 working dayes.

As my experiance for deliver one cylinder it will take 32 to 40 days time and wast of consumer time repeted phone calls and visits. I didnt seen these agencyes are working for public looks like seleing cylinder in block market make public like me sufer.
