BISAL ESTCON LIMITED BHUBANESWAR
DELAY IN HANDOVER Of OUR FLATS

Hello Sir,

We had purchased a flat from BISAL ESTCON LIMITED, BHUBANESWAR on OCT 23rd since he had committed that he will handover the flat by Dec 31st 2010.And he have taken all the money including registtration money from us, but till date not delivering the flat to us. Neither Giving us anf Flat Registrtaion Papers..And rest all the AGreement papaers are with the Bank since we have taken a house loan for that.

After visiting him repeatedly he is juss giving dates to deliver and but not delivering on the proper date..So please let us know wat to do in that case..

BISAL ESTCON LIMITED IS FRAUD..Please help is getting back our flat soon
