Illegal selling of open parking

RNA Builders AA is selling open parking at RNA courtyard (mira road-E). This is completely illegal.

Firstly, the builder has charged the customers on the basis of super built up area and now they are charging for selling the parking @3 lakhs. Also, the reciept is not being given for 3 lakhs. Reciept is given for a very small amounts.

I would like to draw the attention of all the concerned authorities including income tax dept that such a deal is happening and request the aurhorities to step in at the earliest.
