Incorrect, incomplete information and delay in response

This is not the first time I am being harassed by BSES as they always do these things, I called on the customer care number given on the bill and asked them to register the complaint for no power supply but the agent over the phone said that there is a breakdown in your area and within 40 mins problem will be resolved... But like always there promises never realises then again after 4 hours I called the customer care but this time they gave me the complaint no and said it will bet resolved within 45 mins but again same thing occured... after paying heavy bills and charges its only consumer who has to suffer, these agencies/govt only knows how to increase the charges...
