How can any one rely one these kind of lackadasical work culture? will you postal department answer me for the item I have sent to Registrar IGNOU new Delhi on 28th Novemeber 2007 by speed post consignment Number EE506537493IN. I want to know whether you people are able to do your job after taking money from the customers?
