Regarding dead of my landline

I am the owner of land line Phone 01652-229351, but this phone is out of order till last one month and I reported to the concerned office but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. My address is that Surinder KumarS/o Sh. Vashisht Dev Ward No.10 Grewal Street. Near Khalsa Tailor. Mansa (Punjab) I am bokking several of complaints for the last 1 month, the service man is not coming to my home. Kindly service my complaint to the related authority for favourable response.
