Flat at czar suits

We bookd a flat with supertech builders in greater NOIDA in we were told that the flat shall be delivered in 36 months. 5 years down the we are still living in rented appartments and supertech has not given us our promised dream home. Rent paid in past 5 years is almost 12 LAKHS!!! A huge amount considering that we also have to pay the EMI regularly. We would like to warn all the future home buyers, to invest carefully while looking for there dream home.

Is there a regulatory body which can take such builders to task.
