Reimbursement of rental Charges for the Month Nov due to Faulty Land Line

Dear Sir

1. I, Deepak Kumar Jain R/o H.NO:40, Lajpat Nagar Gurgaon, Haryana, Having BSNL land line connection/Telephone no- 0124 - 2221922 since last 4-5 years.

2. My telephone line was "Defective in the month of Nov for about three weeks" due to some repair work of new railway road Gurgaon, Which I think every BSNL, Gurgaon Officer is aware of.

3. I would like to request you that My Rental Charges for the said period may please be reimburse to me, Also the 50 Free calls which I could not use due to this defect may be credited to me as soon as possible.
