No outgoing calls in roaming

I am currently in Rajasthan and trying to make outgoing call. But I am not able to make a single call neither do I recieve any call. I am on roaming. My phone no. 9422515637 - Maharashtra bsnl prepaid mobile connection. I have complained in local Maharashtra office but no result.
