Sub: Plan less with painful construction

Respected Sir,

Myself Malay Kumar Ghosh resided in my ancestral homestead at 12/1A, Nazir Lane, Kidderpore, Kolkata -700 023, recently residing in my personal flat at 7D, P.N.C. Lane, Cossipore, Kolkata -700 002 as well as working with a news media.

This is to inform you that, just beside my ancestral homestead property made a new construction (13, Nazir Lane, Kidderpore, Kolkata -700 023). The building contractor doesn’t set aside 4 feet aria from my premises to the construction, the distance between two premises space are only 2 ½ feet. As per Kolkata Corporation regulation minimum 4 feet distance between two premises that is everybody known. Several times my father argument with the building contractor but they are said that “you can do as you like “. That is why I have to informing you; please suggest me what is the proper procedure. I am waiting for your needful respond.
