Worst service, No responsibility, Big cheat

I have transported my house hold goods from Mumbai to Vizag. The goods were transported in a crude manner and with considerable delay they brought the goods with lots of damage. After paying money they responded in a proper way. They are not even responding to the querries of the insurance company. Even after lapse of more than 8 months I could not get the insurance due to their irresponsible behaviour.
