· We are really shocked and surprised to receive your Bill for the month of April’10 for an amount of Rs. 4040/- (672 units!! vs 496 units of last year).

· For your information, last month (March’10) Bill was for Rs. 2130/- (389 units vs 250 of last year)

· According to our observation last month March’10 bill itself was very high and this month this has crossed all limits.

· We are really in panic to think of the bill for May’10 (will it be > Rs . 8, 000/-!!!?? God knows …)

· How the consumption can go up to such an extent with the same number of points and usage of electronic gadgets??

· We have got our internal wiring checked last month itself (after receiving your March ’10 bill which itself was very high) and found every thing to be normal.

· We doubt that something must have gone wrong with your meter itself – how will you ensure that calibration of your installed Meter is 100 % accurate and correct??

· We want an immediate interference from your end on top most priority (within a week from this mail) and get this issue resolved.
