Delay in supply of Gas Cylinde

I am an indane gas consumer with Chella Agencies in Selaiyur, Chennai - 600073. My consumer No. is 29139. Booking for renewal was done on 12.3.2010. Till date no supply has been made. My neighbour who had booked upto 26.3.2010 have been supplied with cylinder today i.e. 3.4.2010. Repeated reminders to the staff of the agency have evoked no response. Frustration and mental agony is what remains because of the callous attitude of the staff. Looks like, the consumers have to be at the mercy of the gas dealers. IOC should intervene and investigate into the issue and take penal action against the agency.
