Dear Sir/Mam

I am Kuldeep Soni from Chhatarpur (M.P.) today On 8th September i got cylinder from chhatarpur gas agency chhatarpur, (M.P.) thats seal was opened and attached as no one can recognize that is open, the delivery man deliver me that cylinder. when i chaked at home, that was already open and gas was leakaging from cylinder. immediatly i go to the delivery person and requested to change the cylinder but he denied to change and the taxi driver (Vinod) and delivery person abusing me. then i called Mr. Hargovind (owner of chhatarpur gas agency) he said to change the cylinder but after that they both denie and return me unfilled cylinder and also not gave me recipt of cylinder, that i could collect from Agency. And they told me that you will never get the cylinder at your home.
