Non delivery of gas cylinde

I am indane gas consumer & my distributor is CHIRANTANI GAS AGENCY of 3 Bangur Avenue, Block-C,

Kolkata-55.My consumer no is 14494.

I booked a gas on 2ndJune'2012. On 9thJune' I received SMS that cash memo 3997 generated against

my refill booking 380878 & the cylinder will be delivered shortly.

Though till today, no cylinder has been deliverd to me, I received sms that cylinder has been delivered to me

against my cash memo 3997.I fear my cylinder was delivered to some other person at a higher price.

This malpractice is going on in my locatity for quite some time & perhaps delivery boy whose name is Farid

is behind all such malpractice
