Delivery never on time

I use Bharat gas. My gas agency is Chitra Gas agency, Noida. After booking for a cylinder I have to keep waiting for days together. I booked a cylinder on 2, apr. I got a message on 6 apr that your cylinder (against booking 19929531) has been delivered on 4 apr. Whereas inspite of calling the agency in the regard cylinder has not been delivered until today (12 apr).
