Ineffective service for bed bugs and not responding properly for 2nd service

I have taken a contract of 1 year from chitra pest control for bed bugs and cockroaches. The concerned person Mr.narendra is not responding properly to our phone calls from monday. I call him in the morning, he says that he will send a person for 2nd service, but no one comes and gives reason that he is busy for some work at other place. On 1st feb mr.narendra told me that he will send someone on that day at 2 pm, but the person named sunil-9869447858 was running late and was not here by 3.30 so we told him to come on 2nd feb. on this day person named ramesh-9322771789 was going to come and when i called him up at 2pm he said he is at mulund, when i called at 2.35, he said he is at kanjurmarg, when i called at 2.50 he disconnected my call. At ht esame time when i called mr.narendra on following no-9222423237, one lady answered the call and said he is busy and will call back. But he didn't gave a call. when i called on his other no-9892608706, he did not answer the call, when i called on no-02232160569 many a times first it was not recheable than it was switched off. please kindly help me with this problem as we suffering with bed bugs.
