Not generate payment slip

I have made a transaction from www.rechargeitnow.com to recharge my DISH TV no 01508172563 of INR 225.0 .The amount is deducted from my SATE BANK OF INDIA DEBIT CARD . Then i got a mail from rechargeitnow which states that

"We did not receive a response from the payment gateway for the transaction you initiated as per the following details:

user id: pranjyoti.197@rediffmail.com

order id:

subscriber id: 01508172563

amount: Rs. 225.00

date-time: 05-10 01:00:00

status: no payment response
