It is brought to your notice that i am a resident of #2209, sector 19-c, CHANDIGARH (U.T) and yesterday on dated 6:05:11 at around 8:00 pm i had made a complaint regarding the repair of my lg window ac and i was given the complaint no. RNA 110507097154.i was astonished to receive a call from LUDHIANA (PUNJAB) as my request had been forwarded there and i was asked to CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE again. so today at around 10 am i again made a request and i was given request no. RNA 110606090669 and still has been done in this regard.

I again contacted the customer care and i was told again to wait for 24 hours more just because of the fault on your part.

I am a regular customer of your esteemed company and you are requested to please look into the matter as early as possible..
